January gardening tips
Growing aromatic herbs
January 10, 2011
During January many chili growers choose to sow and grow plants indoor.
With the method described for the chili sowing, I already sowed tomatoes, chilies, bell peppers, aubergines, tomatillo and physalis alkekengi.
Many vegetables and aromatic herbs can be sowed in the plug trays, that allow you to easily manage lots of plants.
Prepare soil for next season crops, also composting all kitchen scraps.
The harvest
During January oranges, lemons and all citrus fruits are in season: make juices and use them in many recipes, savory or sweet.
