Dukkah

Fines herbes

Vorrei sapere come si fa a conservare un misto aromatico fresco tipo mediterraneo, senza farlo essicare. Ho sentito che è possibile conservare il misto fresco tritato in vasetti, ma non so come farlo. Qualcuno è al corrente?
