Numex Sunglo are mild yellow chilies: my plant is producing many beautiful pods, and I'm using them everywhere...
Yellow chilies omelette with dandelion
Ingredients
1 egg
3 yellow chili peppers
1 tbsp dandelion buds and flowers
Directions
Pour the dandelion buds and flowers in hot water for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile cut the chilies in slices and stir-fry them with some oil.
Add the drained dandelion and beaten egg.
Turn the omelette upside down when done.
