Yellow chilies omelette with dandelion


Ingredients
1 egg
3 yellow chili peppers
1 tbsp dandelion buds and flowers

Directions
Pour the dandelion buds and flowers in hot water for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile cut the chilies in slices and stir-fry them with some oil.
Add the drained dandelion and beaten egg.
Turn the omelette upside down when done.

Colour: From green to bright yellow.


Why grow it?:
To have a yellow spot in your garden, and to harvest an exagerate number of chilies.
