Recipe: Coriander herb-scented guacamole

Guacamole is very quick to prepare and it doesn't requires any cooking. It's the perfect nachos dip, and it can be used in many Mexican and Tex-Mex recipes.

CorianderThis herb-scented guacamole with coriander and parsley is mild, but you can use more chili if you like it hot.

Coriander herb-scented guacamole


Ingredients
2 avocados
1 tomato
1 scallion
3 sprigs of cilantro
3 sprigs of parsley
1 Jalapeno pepper
lemon juice

Directions
Peel avocados and remove the cores. Peel the tomato and the scallion.
Blend all the ingredients with the food processor, and refrigerate before serving.

Sono messicana ho due cose da correggervi, amo il coriandolo e su questo vi scrivo, nel guacamole non si mette il prezzemolo, non so da dove avete preso la ricetta, ed il chili con carne non esiste in Messico.....nessun messicano sapiamo cosa sia quella roba....

Salve Xòchitl, come ben specificato questo guacamole è una versione personalizzata alle erbe aromatiche. Non mi è chiaro cosa c entri il chili, che non è citato in questo post.
