Chickpeas Flour ChipsDuring Christmas Holidays I prepared some quick appetizers for a family lunch: I prepared the easy Dill Canapes, then I cut the Jalapeno Bread into cubes and spread some walnuts mousse on it.
I also tried this a fingerfood version of a traditional italian recipe: farinata, a focaccia made with herbs and chickpeas flour.


I prepared again this recipe for the 20 appetizers lunch.

Chickpeas flour chips with thyme


Ingredients
Makes 20 chips:
50g chickpeas flour
140ml water
salt
black pepper
thyme
olive oil

Directions
Mix chickpeas flour with the water, breaking the lumps.
Brush with oil a muffin baking pan and pour a spoonful of the dough in each place.
Season each chip with a pinch of salt, black pepper and thyme.
Bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 15 minutes.
