Sage and mint'Butter & Sage' is a classic pasta seasoning, add some mint and you will be surprised!

Mint and sage ravioli

Mint and sage ravioli

Serves two:
250g spinach ravioli
3 leaves of sage (large)
1 sprig of mint
2 tbsp butter
20g grated parmesan

Cook ravioli in boiling salted water and drain well.
Season with the butter and the coarsely chopped aromatic herbs.
Put in individual bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Grill-bake for 5 minutes.
