Recipe: Mushrooms pasta with tarragon

TarragonI added tarragon on this mushrooms and sausage pasta to try something new.

Mushrooms pasta with tarragon


Ingredients
Serves two:
160g bavette pasta
4 mushrooms
150g sausage
10 walnuts
100ml single cream
2 tbsp tarragon

Directions
Cook bavette in boiling salted water until al dente.
Meanwhile heat two spoonful of olive oil in a pan. Add the sliced mushrooms and the sausage cut into cubes. When the sausage is cooked add the single cream and the walnuts. Let thickens for a couple of minutes.
Add tarragon and the well drained bavette. Serve immediately.

I definitely do NOT use tarragon enough, but what could be more delicious than pairing it with a mushroom cream sauce?

Wonderful entry to Presto Pasta Nights. It seems many people are favoring tarragon these days. It s never been a favorite herb of mine, but perhaps I should try it again. This looks like a perfect opportunity.
