Recipe: Sword fish with mint

I knew that mint was a good match for fish, but it was my mother's idea to use also a sweet wine like zibibbo: a great combo!
Sword fish with mint
Ingredients
Serves two:
4 sword fish steaks
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp butter
50ml zibibbo (or malvasia)
2 tbsp minced mint
Directions
Dust the sword fish steaks with flour.
Melt the butter in a large pan and put the sword fish steaks on it. Cook over low heat for ten minutes, turning them once.
Pour the zibibbo over the fish, sprinkle with minced mint and cook another minute.
