Recipe: Coconut, chocolate and mint cake

This cake is really quick and easy. I added some mint leaves to my original recipe, using the strong (but not too much) horsemint.
Coconut, chocolate and mint cake
Ingredients
2 eggs
100 g butter
160 g sugar
125 g white flour
125 g coconut powder
7 g baking powder
100 ml milk
100 g dark chocolate
1 sprig of mint
Directions
Separate the whites from the yolks and whip them.
Minch finely the mint leaves. Coarsely chop the chocolate bar.
Mix the yolks with the butter and the sugar. Add the whipped whites, and all ingredients.
Pour the mixture on buttered baking pan.
Bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 40 minutes.
