Recipe: Herbal cream cheese

Store bought herbal cream cheese is good... but homemade one is better.
Use aromatic herbs of your choice, but always include garlic.

Herbal cream cheese
Ingredients
100g cream cheese
1 clove garlic
1 bunch of aromatic herbs like the ones in the picture:
parsley
marjoram
wild thyme
golden sage
thai basil
mint
Directions
Mince together the herbs and the clove garlic, using the mezzaluna or a blender.
Mix with the cream cheese.
Tips
Herbal cream cheese can be used on bread, vegetables, or as a stuffing. It can be stored in the fridge in a closed container.
