Recipe: Hot tabuleh with basil

Long PequinI love couscous and tabuleh is a fresh and delicious dish. It's an arab recipe, so it should be hot.
I used some red Long Pequin peppers, small but hot!

Ingredients
Serves two:
200g couscous
2 tomatoes
1 red onion
1/2 cucumber
1 bunch of basil
2 red chili peppers
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
black pepper

Directions
Cook the couscous following packet directions.
Cut onion and cucumber into thin slices. Mince the peppers and basil and cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Mix cooked couscous with the vegetables and season with olive oil and lemon juice.
Let set in refrigerator before serving.
