Recipe: Wild boar salami canapes with mint
New Year's Appetizers
February 05, 2011
I love to create starters with toothpicks: small skewers (you can also call them brochettes or banderillas) that can be easily served as fingerfood. These canapes combine the freshness of the mint to the rich taste of the wild boar salami.
This is another New Year's appetizer with aromatic herbs.

mushrooms in oil
1 slice of edamer cheese
