Recipe: Sorrel and basil focaccia

Sorrel is one of my favorite herbs: I add it to sandwiches and salads, or use for sauces and dressings for pasta, fish, chicken...
With the last sorrel and basil harvest I prepared a stuffing for a focaccia.
Sorrel and basil focaccia
Ingredients
60g sorrel
10-15 basil leaves
a few tablespoons of milk
250 focaccia dough (or pizza dough)
olive oil
Directions
Chop together the sorrel, basil and a few spoonfuls of milk until smooth.
Roll out the focaccia dough on a baking sheet and spread the sorrel cream.
Fold in half, brush with olive oil and bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 30 minutes.
