An appetizers lunch can also include meat recipes, and brochettes (or skewers) are the perfect way to serve them as a finger food.
This is the 16th recipe from the 20 appetizers lunch.
The picture was taken before ovencook the brochettes, I forgot to take some pictures of the cooked ones... the guests make them disappear!
Ham Brochette with Sage
Ingredients
Makes 4 brochettes:
2 small sausages
4 sage leaves
4 large ham cubes
2 stalks of mushrooms
1 scallion
Directions
Assemble each brochette inserting a toothpick into a piece of scallion, half sausage, half stalk of mushroom, a sage leaf and a cube of ham.
Put into a baking pan and bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven 15 minutes.
