Thai basilThai basil has a lemon-like aroma, that is perfect for fresh summer salads like this. Lemon balm aroma is more delicate, and I added to this salad too.

Corn salad with Thai basil


Ingredients
1 cup corn salad leaves
10-15 thai basil leaves
10-15 lemon balm leaves
200g mozzarella cheese
olive oil

Directions
Cut basil and balm leaves into stripes, mozzarella into cubes.
Add to the corn salad and season with salt and olive oil.
