Recipe: Salmon and poppy seeds appetizers

Poppy seedsI had tried the combination of smoked salmon and poppy seeds in Salmon Bagel with Sorrel, and the unusual combo of and lemon and poppy seeds in the Lemon Muffins with Poppy Seeds, so I decided to combine all these three ingredients in this tasty bruschetta.

Salmon and poppy seeds appetizers

Serves 4:
100g smoked salmon
2 rolls
3 tsp poppy seeds
1 lemon

Cut the rolls into slices 1 cm thick, spread with butter and grill in the oven for a few minutes.
Remove from oven, arrange the salmon and put again under the grill for one minute.
Garnish with slices of lemon and poppy seeds and serve immediately.
