Recipe: Mini tortellini pies

Mini tortellini piesFor the miniatures lunch I created a miniaturized version of a classic tortellini recipe, called in crosta (with crust), because of the puff pastry.

Ingredients
For 4 small ramekins:
120g tortellini
1/2 leek
1 tbsp butter
40g gorgonzola (or blue cheese)
3 tbsp cream cheese
70g puff pastry

Directions
Chop the leek and fry in butter for 10 minutes.
Add the blue cheese cut into small pieces and cream cheese and let melt.
Cook the tortellini and toss with with leek and gorgonzola dressing.
Put into individual oven ramekins, cover with a square of puff pastry with two parallel cuts.
Bake in preheated 180° C (356 F) oven for 15 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
