Recipe: Soy flour naan with nigella
Bread with spices and aromatic herbs

I wanted to try the soy flour purchased a few months ago, but I could not decide what to do with it.
I realized that I hadn't any wheat flour to bake some bread, and so I finally decide to use soy flour. To be sure I chose a classic recipe, the naan cooked on the ollar stone.
The naan where light brown and with a rustic taste, perfect for dishes full of flavor.
Soy flour naan with nigella
Ingredients
250g all-purpose flour
150g soy flour
1 tbsp nigella (black cumin) seeds
75ml yogurt
150ml milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp yeast
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp of butter
1 clove garlic
Directions
Dissolve the baking powder and yeast in milk.
Mix the flour with salt, sugar, egg and yogurt.
Add milk and baking powder.
Let rise for an hour and a half.
Heat the ollar stone in 200° C (392 F) oven.
Finely chop the garlic and mix with the butter. Set aside.
Divide the dough into 8 wedges.
Cook naan 3 at a time the ollar stone, turning after 5 minutes.
Spread with garlic butter immediately.
