I've told you how I was gathering herbs for my new herb mixtures, and finally yesterday I finished preparing them.
Today it's Erbe in Cucina - Cooking with Herbs fourth birthday and this colorful collage of aromatic powders sums up all the reasons why I started keeping this blog: the passion for growing herbs and spices, their harvest and storage, the pleasure to cook using them.
Four years, almost 800 posts, many experiences ... thank you all for being with me!
