Recipe: Canapes with mint and nigella

We took the healthy habit of having something light and healthy for dinner, preferably raw or cooked vegetables, and I love to stack slices of ingredients to create multilayered canapes, quick and pretty.

Roasted Pepper Canapes with Mint

Roasted Pepper Canapes with Mint


Bake a green pepper, remove seeds and peel it. Divide into four slices and fold each in half.
Place on a serving dish and cover with a slice of mozzarella, a tomato slice and a half slice of ham rolled up.
Garnish with mint and chives.

Tuna Canapes with Lemon & Nigella

Tuna Canapes with Lemon and Nigella


Cut four regular slices from a tomato Perino and place on a serving plate.
Put four cubes of tuna in olive oil and sprinkle with nigella seeds.
Cover with a slice of cucumber and garnish with lemon slices.
