Recipe: Smoked salmon pasta with curly leaf parsley
Pasta with aromatic herbs
February 16, 2011
I must confess that last autumn I've been lazy: I left many chilies on the plants, I didn't save seeds from aromatic herbs and I sow only few plants...
...But enough to enjoy them during autumn: I'm using often the same aromatic herbs but the ones sowed in autumn like this curly leaf parsley added a fresh touch to many winter dishes.

Smoked salmon pasta with curly leaf parsley
Ingredients
160g bavette (or spaghetti)
100g smoked salmon
200ml single cream
2-3 sprigs of curly leaf parsley
Directions
Cook bavette in boiling salted water until al dente.
Meanwhile cook the single cream in a pan for five minutes. Ass smoked salmon cut into stripes and remove from heat. Add minced parsley.
Drain well the pasta, season with the salmon sauce and serve hot.
