Recipe: Whole wheat bread with thyme and sage

I like to add oats in bread dough, because it adds a nice rustic touch. This bread with thyme and sage was so full of flavor to be delicious on its own, and perfect for toasted sandwiches.
Whole wheat bread with thyme and sage
Ingredients
175g wholemeal flour
125g all-purpose flour
50g rolled oats
1 tsp thyme
10 leaves of dried sage
2 tbsp olive oil
7g dry yeast
1 tsp salt
150ml warm water
Directions
Crumble the sage leaves and mix with, thyme, the two types of flour and rolled oats.
Add olive oil and salt and mix well.
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water, then add the to mixture and knead well.
Shape into a loaf and let rise for an hour and a half.
Bake in preheated 200° C (392 F) oven 35 minutes.
