Recipe: Courgette omelette with marjoram
Omelettes and egg recipes with herbs

Marjoram is blooming, and I have to harvest and almost prune it.
Obviously I'm very glad to use it everywhere: pasta, soups... is also an excellent addition to herbal teas, especially those with mint leaves.

Courgette omelette with marjoram
Ingredients
1 courgette
1 clove garlic
2 eggs
2 tbsp fresh marjoram
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Chop the garlic and fry in a pan with olive oil for a couple of minutes.
Cut the courgette into 1 cm thick slices and fry in hot oil on both sides.
Whisk the eggs with marjoram and Parmesan cheese, and pour over the courgette slices.
Turn the omelette when it is golden brown.
Try also the ciabatta with marjoram omelette.
