Recipe: Broccoli salad with vinaigrette

Vinaigrette is a french salad seasoning, with vinegar as main ingredient. Add olive oil and your favourite herbs to prepare amazing salads.

This is the sixth recipe from the 20 appetizers lunch.

Broccoli salad with vinaigrette

Broccoli salad with vinaigrette

1 cooked broccoli (about 700g)
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
2 parsley sprigs
1 tsp tarragon
1 tsp thyme
1 shallot
2 radishes

Beat the oil with vinegar, then add the mustard.
Add the minced parsley, tarragon and thyme, then minced shallot and radishes.
Put the cooked broccoli on a serving plate and season with the vinaigrette.
