Recipe: Caprese skewers with oregano

The 20 appetizers lunch
April 09, 2010

Caprese is a traditional italian salad (or starter) with mozzarella, fresh tomato and basil.
I created some Caprese skewers for my 20 appetizers lunch: it was March and I haven't fresh basil, so I used oregano. Use also fresh basil leaves, they will be perfect.
