February harvest
Harvest and store
February 27, 2010
February can be a sad month, in my garden there's almost nothing to harvest: winter plants are dead and other plants are too young or still in dormancy.
My coriander sowed in autumn is fresh and can be used in many recipes: fritters, soups, asian and south american recipes... I'm using it everywhere!

I harvested some lemon grass too, a delicious herb for many thai-style dishes.

You can also harvest limited leaves from: parsley, nira, rosemary, celery. Chives is emerging from winter dormancy, and spring is almost there.
With some fresh harvested thyme, rosemary and parsley I prepared three different tapenade.
