Imagine this scene: you have prepared the mixture for some vegetable fritters, when you think... ah, they will taste so good with some chutney.
That you don't have at home.
And it takes some time to prepare a chutney.
Well, this chutney is so quick to prepare that you can't believe it.
Quick ginger chutney
Mince a small piece of ginger, a clove garlic and a piece of chili (or you can use powdered ingredients instead).
Fry them for a minute with vegetable oil, then add a spoonful of apple vinegar, and 4-5 tbsp of apricot jam.
Let thickens for a couple of minutes.
