Recipe: Potato rosti with dill

Fritters with aromatic herbs

DillDill is one of my favourite herbs, and its aroma is perfect on these quick appetizers.

Potato rosti with dill

Potato rosti with dill

300g potatoes
2 sprigs of dill
olive oil

Peel and grate potatoes, then wash them in cold water.
Oil a 12 cup muffin pan. Divide potatoes among muffin cups.
Pour 1 teaspoon of oil in each cup.
Bake in preheated 150° C (302 F) oven 30 minutes.
Remove the rosti from pan, turn upside-down and garnish with dill.
