Recipe: Sausage and kale pasta with rosemary

I received a giant kale, grown with love, and I'm cooking it creating new recipes, like the Kale Soup with Turmeric.
How can you create a pasta recipe with kale? Just add sausage and single cream, and it will be a treat!
Sausage and kale pasta with rosemary
Ingredients
Serves two:
250g orecchiette pasta
100g kale
150g sausage
1 red onion
200ml single cream
rosemary
black pepper
Directions
Cut onion and kale into thin stripes, then fry them in a pan with oil for 10-15 minutes, until tender. Add the minced sausage and cook until brown.
Add the single cream and some rosemary leaves and cook five minutes.
Meanwhile cook the pasta in boiling salted water, drain it well and season with the kale and sausage.
Serve with ground black pepper.
