I'm growing potatoes in my garden, but they're suffering for the shadow exposure and I always harvest only few, small and incredibly tasty potatoes. They are almost amusing, but anyway I'm proud of them, and I try recipes that enhance their taste. This simple dish is my favourite way to use them.

Wash well the new potatoes, and cut in half the bigger ones.
Stir-fry in a pan with oil and sage leaves, until tender.

I haven t really cooked much with sage before. Trying it with potatoes would be a great introduction for me. Thanks!

Hi Gaga, try sage also on mushrooms, or dried in herbal teas mixtures.
