Numex Big Jim is a chili that produces big mild pods, developed in New Mexico.
Big Jim Relleno
Stuff some Big Jim chilies with herbal cheese, and bake for 20 minutes.
Peel them and serve hot.
Numex Big Jim (Capsicum Annuum)
Heat: Mild
Taste/flavour: Bell-pepper-like
Wall thickness: Fleshy
Plant productivity: Prolific

Pod lenght: 10-12 cm long by 3-4 cm wide

Plant height: 50-60 cm
Colour: From green to dark red.
