Recipe: Tortellini with mushroom and tarragon sauce

I harvested my last russian tarragon, and used it in this autumn tortellini recipe.
Tortellini with mushroom and tarragon sauce
Ingredients
250g mushrooms (or meat) tortellini
30g dried mushrooms
200ml single cream
50g peas
1 tbsp fresh tarragon
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp butter
Directions
Reconstitute the dried mushrooms by cover them with boiling water for a couple of minutes.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the minced garlic, peas and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add the drained mushrooms, the single cream and cook five minutes low heat.
Meanwhile cook the tortellini in boiling salted water, the drain them well.
Season the pasta with the mushroom sauce and garnish with minced tarragon.
