Recipe: Harissa hot sauce

Harissa is an hot paste used in Moroccan cuisine, that can be bought... or can be easily prepared at home.
It can be covered with olive oil and stored in the refrigerator.
Harissa sauce
Ingredients
2 red chili peppers, minced
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. coriander seeds
5 dried mint leaves
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 pinch of salt
Directions
Toast cumin seeds and coriander seeds until they crackle. Grind the seeds with the clove garlic, the chili and the mint leaves. Add olive oil.
