Recipe: Trinidad Perfume with chervil sauce
Chili Pepper Files
July 14, 2009
Last year I grow many Habanero Chilies, beautiful, flavoured and... hot like hell.
I wanted to try the aroma of the Capsicum Chinense with less hot varieties, and this year I'm growing many mild Chinense.
Trinidad Perfume are my favourite ones: fleshy and tasty, they're mild and perfect with a delicate chervil sauce.
