Do you remember Hummus with Summer Salad that I posted a few days ago?
This is a picture of the radishes used in ths summer salad, before the harvest.
Did you think that I wasted all these leaves?
I gave the external leaves to my turtles.
Then I used the tender ones, with some dandelion leaves and Nira garlic, in this omelette.
