Where I live it's too hot for soft fruits. So this beautiful raspberries plant isn't mine.
Paying a visit to some friends, I harvested some raspberries and blackcurrants from their garden, and use them in a quick version of the famous Pesca Melba.
Peach Melba ice cream
Ingredients
Serves four:
300g soft fruits (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, currant, black cherries)
400g Cream Ice
4 half peaches in syrup
Directions
Put the ice cream on individual plates, place half peach on top.
Garnish with the soft fruits and serve immediately.
