When I was about to chose which peppers I should grow, I couldn't leave out the all-famous Piri Piri from Portugal.
It's a fleshy and hot pepper, with intense taste.
This recipe is quite hot: serve on bruschetta, but tell your guests to be careful.
Piri Piri chili cheese sauce
Ingredients
5-7 Piri Piri Peppers
100g salted ricotta or aged hard cheese of your choice
1 red onion
1 sprig of fresh oreganon
Directions
Remove stem, core, and seeds from peppers.
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until thick and creamy.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
