November gardening tips: autumn tasks
Rooftop gardening

This September I sowed some spring onion, and yesterday I added some soil to blanche them. I already talked of onion blanching in the post Ishikura Bunching Onion.
This is Hamberg parsley, a parsley usually grown for its root, but also to use the leaves as an aromatic herb.
I sowed some magenta spreen last spring, and now it is born spontaneously in many pots. I'm harvesting it for salads and dips.
I sowed again the radish Pink Celebration, an early and tasty variety.

Surprisingly, I harvested another flower from my small lavender plant.
It's still warm here in Italy, and I'm also harvesting marjoram, chives and even a few leaves of basil and cinnamon basil.
This goes to: Harvest Monday.
